Regal Club (regal.club) is operated by Garnet Grid Consulting LLC. Regal Club is currently being formed: membership is not open and nothing is for sale yet. This policy describes what we collect now, and what will apply if and when membership opens.

What We Collect Now

Your Email Address, If You Give It

If you ask to be notified when membership opens, we receive the email address you type and nothing else. We use it to tell you when there is something real to look at, and to answer you if you write to us. We will not add you to unrelated mailing lists, and you may ask us to remove your address at any time.

Automatically Collected Information

This site shows advertising through Google AdSense, which uses cookies and device identifiers to select ads. Cloudflare serves the site and keeps standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested path) for security and abuse prevention.

If and When Membership Opens

Membership, when it exists, will be billed through Stripe. Stripe would receive your payment details; we would not, and we would never store card numbers. We would hold your email address, a Stripe customer reference, and your membership status so that access can be granted, changed, and cancelled. This policy will be updated before that happens, not after.

Advertising and Google AdSense

Google AdSense uses cookies and device identifiers to serve ads, including ads based on your previous visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ad Settings or at aboutads.info.

Third-Party Services

• Google AdSense — display advertising
• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and security
• Stripe — payment processing, if and when membership opens

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law:

• California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
• EEA/UK residents (GDPR): you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability, and the right to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Data Retention

Email addresses are kept until membership opens and you decide either way, or until you ask us to remove yours — whichever comes first.

Children

Regal Club is intended for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Security

Traffic to Regal Club is served over HTTPS. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we limit what we collect in the first place.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The revised version is posted at this URL with a new effective date. Material changes are announced on the site, and by email where we hold an address for you. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.
